Hillsboro Rotary Club currently has 78 members, 45 of which have achieved Paul Harris Fellow recognition status.
 
To become a Paul Harris Fellow, a Rotarian must personally give $1000 to one or more of the funds comprising the Rotary International Foundation. This amount may be achieved incrementally over time by donations of any amount. Once a Rotarian has given $1000, they are presented with a lapel pin with the head of Paul Harris, the founder of Rotary, on it. The Leo Dal Santo Award is the highest honor a Hillsboro Rotarian can recieve. The award began in 1995 as a way of honoring Rotarians for their dedicated service to the club and community. Leo joined Hillsboro Rotary in 1970 shortly after he moved to Hillsboro from Olympia Washington 1969. Mr. Dal Santo chaired every committee in the Hillsboro club, President in 1974-75, served as a board member, Foundation board member, and the Sergeant at Arms for over 25 years.
